Company registration, transport licence, insurance, driver information and transporter photos are reviewed by operations.

Customers see their own requests. Quotes stay between their participants and operations. Exact addresses unlock once the agreement is signed and paid.

Viara charges a 2% platform fee to the customer and a 2% fee to the carrier. Both fees are shown in the transport agreement.
Customers pay by card through Viara after both signatures. Viara holds the payment until delivery is confirmed, then pays the carrier. With cash on delivery, the customer pays Viara's fees online and the carrier in cash. Cancelled transports are refunded.

Who is Viara for?
Individuals, dealerships and companies arranging vehicle transport, alongside professional carriers operating multi-car transporters, enclosed trucks and single-vehicle platforms.
Can I request transport for a non-running or special vehicle?
Yes. Declare whether the vehicle runs, is damaged or cannot move, and select the needed equipment. Add access requirements and photos so the carrier can assess the job before quoting.
Will other customers see my request or quotes?
No. Customers see available carrier capacity and their own requests. Carriers can discover open vehicle requests, but each price quote and conversation is private to its participants and operations.
What happens when I accept a quote?
The request is reserved and an agreement is prepared. Each party signs it from their account. Contact details and exact addresses become available once both have signed and the customer has paid through Viara.
What if there is a problem during transport?
Open an issue from the transport record and describe what happened. Operations can review the conversation and evidence, and record a resolution. An open dispute must be resolved before delivery is marked complete.

No. The examples on this page are illustrations. Prices are agreed between the customer and a verified carrier for each transport; the map is a preview, not a promise of a carrier or price on a particular route.
